MEET THE TEAM

With over 35 years experience, Joe believes in providing the best customer service possible. Joe is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. Throughout his 37 year career in real estate as an agent and broker/owner, Joe has managed and sold over 3,000 properties. During the foreclosure tsunami of the late 2,000’s Joe was entrusted with managing homes for some of the largest property owners in the US. A pinnacle moment in Joe’s career was being named the top agent in the world for one of the largest real estate franchises.

Suzanne has been a licensed agent since 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Incarnate Word. She has many years working in the real estate world handling the day to day operation in the business office of our company. She is a first generation Texan and is fluent in Spanish. In addition to running the business office, she works closely with our clients that prefer communication in Spanish.

Carol has been a lifelong business owner. Carol has owned and operating multiple daycares and a restaurant in her prior endeavors before pursuing her career in the real estate business. Carol is a military mom and treats her customers like family. She enjoys helping owners and tenants alike and is very customer service oriented. Carol handles most of our prospective tenant inquiries and works closely with those future customers providing a smooth transition into their rental home.
